Late 80s patent leather handbag shaped like a circle. Made by Pacific Express. Has a distinct 60s mod Twiggy vibe going on. The interior is lined in a black fabric and it has a zipper closure. There are some surface scuffs that could easily be buffed out and it is missing the detachable shoulder strap.
